Description
The Techno Progress is a CNC machining centre under international patents, designed for the simultaneous machining of joinery beams, large curved beams, timber frame walls and X-LAM walls. Its 5-axis milling unit, with a 12 kW electrospindle at 7000 rpm and a 9-position automatic tool-change magazine, works beams just as well as panels. The machine combines a wall loading and unloading area, an automatic beam loader and a dedicated transfer system, to handle two types of production in parallel. The E-Live software centralises programming and monitoring. Versatile and productive, the Techno Progress is aimed at timber contractors that have to machine structural beams and wall panels at the same time, on one high-output installation.
