Description
The Techno Saw XS is a 5-axis cutting centre intended for machining small components for walls and panels, with various configuration options. Its 5-axis operating aggregate unit with continuous interpolation, with 180° rotation of the B axis and 360° of the C axis, is driven by an 11 kW motor at 5000 rpm. An automatic loading gripper handles infeed of the workpieces, a clamping gripper holds them and an automatic unloading system removes the machined boards. This compactness makes it a solution suited to workshops producing specific components for timber frame walls, panels and packaging. Centralised control simplifies programming and monitoring. The Techno Saw XS rounds out a timber prefabrication line where space and small formats are the priority.
