Description
The Techno Turn EVO is a CNC machining centre with 6 axes in continuous interpolation for machining beams. Thanks to a precision ring nut with 360° rotation, solid timber and glulam beams are turned over automatically and machined on every face, with no manual repositioning. Its patented 6-axis head has a twin motor output: one with an HSK 63F coupling for automatic tool change, the other a flange output for a 600 mm diameter blade. Automatic grippers at the infeed load and hold the workpieces, while the tool magazine allows quick changes. Automatic unloading and the E-Live software complete a high-output machine. The Techno Turn EVO is aimed at timber contractors machining complex beams that call for all-round machining and high repeatability.
