Description
The Felder FB 740 belongs to the industrial line of Felder band saws, with electronically balanced cast steel wheels. The FB 740 offers a cutting height of 450 mm and a cutting width of 720 mm, with 740 mm diameter wheels. The upper and lower blade guidance and the tension indicator equip the FB 740 for accurate sawing. The cast steel table of the FB 740 tilts up to 20° for angled cuts, and the cast steel fence adds rigidity. The middle model of the industrial line, the FB 740 widens the capacity compared with the FB 640. Sturdy and heavy, the FB 740 is aimed at industrial workshops that regularly cut large sections. The FB 740 combines guidance accuracy and stability on demanding work.
