Description
The Felder FB 740 SW is the more powerful version of the heavy-duty FB 740 band saw with a sliding table. Compared with the FB 740 S, the FB 740 SW takes a 7.35 kW motor with star-delta starting for more sustained output. The FB 740 SW keeps a cutting height of 500 mm, a cutting width of 710 mm and 730 mm diameter wheels. Its sliding table allows the FB 740 SW to guide long workpieces and panels accurately during sawing. The heavy structure of the FB 740 SW guarantees vibration-free stability on demanding work. The FB 740 SW is aimed at workshops that want the capacity of the FB 740 with a greater reserve of power for intensive use.
