Description
The K 540 S is a Felder sliding table saw that combines a generous cutting capacity with a large sliding table. It takes blades up to 400 mm in diameter, for a cutting height of 140 mm, and its sliding table offers a cutting length of 3,200 mm, ideal for ripping large-format panels along their full length. The X-Roll guidance of the sliding table gives smooth travel and a stable cut, even with heavy workpieces. The scoring unit guarantees a clean cut in veneered and melamine-faced panels, without breakout. The rip fence and the mitre fence allow precise and repeatable cutting. This configuration is aimed at joinery and fit-out workshops that regularly handle large panels and want a sturdy and accurate saw.
