The K 740 Professional PCS combines the professional equipment of the K 740 range with the PCS safety system (Preventive Contact System), which stops the blade on contact with skin to limit serious injury. It takes blades up to 400 mm in diameter for a cutting height of 140 mm, with a sliding table offering a cutting length of 2,050 mm. The X-Roll guidance of the sliding table gives accurate and lasting travel, while the scoring unit prepares a clean cut in veneered and melamine-faced panels. The rip fence and the mitre fence with telescopic extension complete an accurate workstation.
