Description

An automatic packaging machine that wraps the product to measure, first with bubble wrap then with stretch polyethylene film. This so-called “cold” packaging combines stretch film with bubble wrap to protect the piece effectively while limiting energy consumption. The pack f suits makers of assembled furniture producing moderate volumes, as well as the packaging of single panels such as kitchen or bathroom worktops. The reel carriage with friction pre-stretch reduces the amount of film used, while the automatic cutting and sealing systems give a consistent packaging finish. Programming is done from an intuitive touch control panel offering great flexibility of setting. The machine is built to the customer’s specification and handles products at least 800 mm long, from 300 to 1,350 mm wide and from 30 to 200 mm high.
