Finishing & surface treatment

Description

This finishing booth is designed to cut the energy bill of spraying stations: up to 90% of the extracted air is returned to the enclosure instead of being exhausted and replaced by fresh air that has to be reheated. The supply air passes through a generously sized plenum, which slows the incoming air and settles stray movement above the parts. Humidity is controlled, a decisive parameter when recirculation alters the internal atmosphere. The condition of the filters is monitored continuously. Heat-up is provided by electric elements, by a hot water coil or by a combination of the two, the whole being operated from a low-voltage console. Each booth is drawn around the part sizes, the product applied and the constraints of the building. Finiture fits it to its automated finishing lines as well as to manual stations.
