Description

The Dry-A is a dry filter spray booth, offered with horizontal or vertical extraction according to the layout of the station and the nature of the parts handled. Flow dividers spread the air to keep distribution and velocity even in the spraying zone, a condition for good overspray capture. Filter clogging is monitored automatically, which avoids working with degraded extraction and signals when replacement is due. Overspray reduction complies with regulatory requirements. Lighting is provided by high-performance ceiling fittings, and the station is operated from a low-voltage control box. The centrifugal electric extraction fans are fitted with a spark-proof nozzle suited to solvent-laden atmospheres. Finiture tailors the booth to the part dimensions and the air volume required.
