Description

The GR115-10-30 loads and unloads the CRV trolleys without manual rehandling of the items. Its steel frame structure, painted in RAL 7042 and RAL 3000, is fixed to the floor. The frame carries twin tracks that keep the trolley on line as it engages, which guarantees that the compartments align with the conveyor. A telescopic roller conveyor with vertical movement lifts the items and transfers them from one level to another; the rollers are steel. The operator controls the vertical movement with the foot pedal, hands free to guide the workpiece. A mechanical sensor checks that the position reached is suitable for lifting before any movement takes place. The guide rails are 3,200 mm long and the roller conveyor 3,000 mm, for a total height of 300 mm above the floor.
