Description

The LS30 completes a modular horizontal line by tipping the sashes from the flat position to the upright position. Its pneumatic tipping system describes a 97° movement, taking the workpiece from horizontal alignment with the bench to the opposite vertical line for unloading. The horizontal support surface is made up of powered belts, and a powered belt at the base provides the lateral movement. The vertical shoulder, made up of rows of polyurethane wheels, supports the sashes once they are upright. An electrical connection to the workstation allows the unloading cycle to be triggered automatically at the end of the job. The station is fitted with perimeter guarding for machine safety. It measures 2,200 mm long by 3,800 mm deep, for a maximum height of 3,500 mm and a usable working size of 2,000 × 3,000 mm.
