Description
The Pro Flow Evo takes the automation of horizontal impregnation a step further. The machine is divided into independent zones — infeed, impregnation, air blowing, outfeed — which prevents product being carried over from one station to the next. Air knives fed by a high-efficiency turbine remove the excess evenly while saving compressed air; product removal is likewise handled by turbines. One tank recovers and filters the product for reuse, while a second collects the waste water. Complete cycles, washing and colour changes are automated, the washing being carried out by water-fed nozzles. Detection sensors restrict operation to the actual passage of the parts. The powered non-stick rollers can be withdrawn for cleaning and a side opening gives access to the inside of the housing.
