Description

The Pro Flow treats profiles lying flat by dynamic impregnation. Feed is on powered non-stick polypropylene rollers, speed-controlled by an electronic inverter: the rate is thus matched to the section of the parts and to the product used. Product distribution is uniform across the whole working width. The entire structure is made of polypropylene, a material chosen for its resistance to treatment products and its low adhesion. A pneumatic double-diaphragm recirculation pump feeds the circuit, which works in a closed loop: product that is not deposited returns to the tank, which brings consumption down to a minimum. Finiture intends this machine for joinery and cladding manufacturers who impregnate lengths before machining or finishing.
