Finiture Pro Mob horizontal profile conveyor

Description

The Pro Mob provides horizontal transport of profiles between the machines of a treatment line. The belt runs at variable speed, an adjustment needed to match the throughput of the conveyor to that of the impregnation machines and drying tunnels placed upstream and downstream. Powered rollers and free-running rollers are combined section by section. For changes of direction, Finiture offers angular transfer by belts and bands or angular transfer with a pusher system, on inclined or horizontal planes: the choice depends on the section of the profiles, their surface condition and the space available. The whole is assembled in modules so as to follow the actual layout of the workshop. These conveyors are a natural complement to the same manufacturer's horizontal impregnation lines.
