Finiture RV vertical free-roller conveyor

Description

The RV carries sashes and frames upright, an arrangement that saves floor space and avoids laying the joinery flat between two operations. The steel structure is painted RAL 7042. The supporting shoulder is made up of rows of polyurethane wheels, a material chosen so as not to mark the finished profiles. The base rollers are 300 mm long. The unit measures 3,000 mm wide by 800 mm deep, with a height of 2,000 mm for the vertical section and 800 mm for the running surface. The shoulder is available in 1,800, 300 and 180 mm. The same manufacturer's NM powered belt conveyor is offered as an accessory to drive the feed. The unit takes its place on the modular horizontal lines in the catalogue.
