Finiture RVD3-3 double vertical roller conveyor

Description

The RVD3-3 doubles the capacity of the vertical conveyor by presenting two opposing shoulders, each made up of four rows of polyurethane wheels per side. A double joint at the base allows the shoulders to be tilted by plus or minus 7° from the vertical axis, a movement produced by pneumatic cylinders. A foot control with two pedals and a button operates the tilt and the brake separately. The swivelling base is anchored on a fifth wheel and rests on four castors that slide along the floor; the rotating upper section carries a row of free-running steel rollers coated with PVC. A pneumatic brake locks the rotation in the working position. The steel frame is painted in RAL 7042 and RAL 3000; its base is drilled for anchoring to the floor. Overall dimensions are 3,000 × 1,000 mm on the floor for a height of 2,050 mm, of which 1,800 mm is vertical support.
