Description

Supervisor provides integrated management of the coating process on a finishing installation. Control is multi-user and is exercised remotely, in real time, over an Ethernet connection. The operator configures complete working cycles by setting the flash-off times, the drying time, the product to be applied, the number of coats required and the other selections and durations specific to the cycle. An RFID system links each programmed cycle to a carrier and monitors its position at all times: every carrier is fitted with a transponder that gives it a unique identity. The solution is easily tailored to the workshop's requirements, and Finiture provides bespoke training in its use. It is aimed at operators of automated finishing lines who want traceability of parts and repeatability of application cycles.
