Finiture TAC single-rail overhead conveyor

Description

The TAC is a single-rail overhead conveyor that links the stations of a finishing installation. It carries two-dimensional items as readily as three-dimensional parts, and Finiture designs it to measure around the building and the sequence of machines to be served. A wide range of carriers makes it possible to hang parts of different shapes and sizes without altering the chain. An inverter regulates the chain speed, which makes the rate adjustable to the actual drying time of the products used. The installation can be developed over several levels where floor space is short, using the available height for buffer storage or drying areas. The line is operated from a low-voltage cabinet. It is the simplest solution in the manufacturer's overhead conveying range.
