Description

F4Nest is Format4's CNC cutting optimisation software dedicated to material-saving nesting. F4Nest nests furniture parts and other panels to maximise material yield and reduce offcuts. By optimising the nesting, F4Nest lowers the material cost on panel production. F4Nest generates the nesting machining paths for CNC machines with a vacuum table. Easy to fit into the production flow, F4Nest works together with the other F4 modules. F4Nest is aimed at furniture and fit-out workshops that want to optimise the nested cutting of their panels.
