Description

The Format4 profil 45 M tilting spindle moulder belongs to the Format4 professional range and has a spindle tilting backwards as well as a standard Ø 30 mm spindle with a usable height of 140 mm. As standard, the profil 45 M is powered by a 5.5 kW (7.5 hp) motor, with 7.3 kW or 10 kW available as an option. The high-speed spindle of the profil 45 M takes shank cutters from 6 to 16 mm at 15,000 rpm, up to 10 hp. The profil 45 M is set mechanically and is intended for workshops looking for a sturdy machine without an integrated tenoning table. The MULTI-adjustment system of the profil 45 M keeps the moulder guard parallel and allows quick repositioning after removal, for repeatable runs.
