Description

The Format4 profil 45 Z tilting spindle moulder adds to the profil 45 range an anodised 1300 mm tenoning carriage supplied as standard, for machining large workpieces and rebating doors. On the profil 45 Z, the spindle tilts backwards and takes a standard Ø 30 mm spindle with a usable height of 140 mm, with a 5.5 kW motor as standard and 7.3 kW or 10 kW options. The profil 45 Z offers 2050 or 2500 mm tenoning carriages as an option, as well as 1100 or 1300 mm sliding tables. The high-speed spindle of the profil 45 Z takes shank cutters from 6 to 16 mm at 15,000 rpm. The mechanical setting of the profil 45 Z suits workshops looking for a sturdy tenoning machine that can grow with them.
