Format4 profil 45 Z x-motion tilting spindle moulder

Description

The Format4 profil 45 Z x-motion tilting spindle moulder combines the tenoning carriage of the profil 45 Z with the x-motion touch screen control of the spindle and the moulder fence. Thanks to x-motion, the profil 45 Z x-motion powers the settings for accurate and repeatable positioning between production runs. The profil 45 Z x-motion is supplied as standard with a 1300 mm anodised tenoning carriage, extendable as an option to 2050 or 2500 mm, and optional sliding tables of 1100 or 1300 mm. The spindle of the profil 45 Z x-motion tilts rearwards, takes a standard diameter of 30 mm with a useful height of 140 mm and a 5.5 kW motor, with 7.3 kW or 10 kW as options. The profil 45 Z x-motion is aimed at tenoning workshops that require comfortable control and high repeatability.
