The Hammer HS 950 is an entry-level oscillating edge sander for demanding edge sanding work. The switchable oscillation of the sanding belt on the HS 950 uses the whole surface of the belt and extends its life. Its open design allows the HS 950 to sand extra-long workpieces, and the continuous table tilt from 0° to 90° widens the machining possibilities. The cast steel work table of the HS 950 is adjusted in height over 150 mm with a handwheel. An auxiliary table equips the HS 950 for sanding curves with a radius greater than 60 mm. The HS 950 takes a 2515 × 150 mm belt, a 110 mm sanding drum and a 2.2 kW motor, with a workpiece stop as standard. The mitre fence is fitted as an addition in the T-slot of the HS 950.
