Description

A small curtain coating system designed for laboratory use. The machine consists of a three-section belt support with adjustable speed and two fixed coating heads mounted above, which makes it possible to run trials and small batches in conditions representative of a line. The curtain lays down a continuous coat on samples of flat panels to validate a lacquer, a setting or a result before going into production. The valtorta lab is aimed at development departments, applicators and wood workshops that want to test curtain coating products without tying up a production machine.
