Leica Cyclone FIELD 360 mobile application

Description

Leica Cyclone FIELD 360 is a mobile application designed to support the Leica RTC360 and Leica BLK360 3D laser scanners in the field. Installed on a smartphone or a tablet, it drives the scanner remotely and displays the point cloud directly on site, with an interface that the manufacturer also intends for novice users. As the data is pre-registered automatically, the operator checks the quality of the capture before leaving the site and decides on the spot which scans to retake. The application also makes it possible to enrich the geometry of the point cloud by anchoring measurements, images, videos, text files or voice notes to it, information then carried over during post-processing in Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360. Downloading is free on the App Store and Google Play, but activation requires a valid Cyclone REGISTER or Cyclone REGISTER 360 licence, the login details being common to both.
