Planed Oak Decking Board

Description

These oak decking boards are planed square-edged boards, left natural, from French oak and black locust sawn timber sourced mostly from PEFC-certified forests. With no additives or chemicals, the timber weathers to a grey-brown colour over time. The natural oak is graded QF1b to QF3 to the standard, the BMT heat-treated oak offers mixed grades QF1b to QF3 with sound knots, and the natural black locust permits sound knots. Classification in use class 4 to the French standard allows contact with water and the ground. The boards are shipped on pallets identified by a barcode label, with ends trimmed square. Decking joists are offered to order, sawn or planed. Profiling or grooving of the boards is available as an option. Suitable for public and private landscaping and for decking, this French timber of natural or enhanced durability requires a minimum area of 200 m².
