SCM Accord 500 5-axis machining centre

Description

The Accord 500 is a CNC machining centre for boring and routing, suited to a wide variety of furniture components and solid timber parts. The table is available up to 6,715 mm in X and 1,900 mm in Y, with 300 mm of Z clearance. It offers a 5-axis electrospindle of up to 20 kW and a 3/4-axis spindle of up to 21 kW, running at 24,000 rpm. Speed reaches 90 m/min with Pro-Speed. A wide choice of tool magazines (TRB, Caddy, Rapid, Quadro, Fast, Veloce) makes it possible to match capacity to the type of production. The machine suits workshops after a powerful, expandable centre able to run intensive boring and complex routing one after the other with constant quality.
