Description
The Balestrini Idea is a 5-axis fixed-gantry machining centre built on a single frame with one or two independent moving tables. It is aimed at makers of indoor and outdoor furniture looking for flexibility and power within a contained footprint (about 13.5 m²). The bar table and the multifunction table adapt to the widest variety of workpieces, while the operating units (LI11, CS33, CS44) allow the routing of complex surfaces typical of chair components. The spindle reaches 24,000 rpm and the linear magazine offers 6 to 8 positions. Five-axis programming is simplified by the dedicated software suite, for fast switching from one job to the next.
