Description

The Celaschi SP is a CNC multi-blade saw dedicated to cross-cutting boards, designed for high-output lines. It is made up of a variable number of operating units — from three to twelve, each of which can be switched out individually — every one fitted with a scorer and a saw blade. The units are positioned by brushless motors, which gives great flexibility in cutting patterns thanks to independent, electronically positioned units. The workpiece transport system allows a feed speed of up to 70 m/min for high production rates. Programming and supervision are handled quickly through the eye-M PRIME touch console and the Maestro active square software. The machine works timber and takes boards up to 5000 × 1250 mm, for customised finished parts.
