Description

An automatic machine for making made-to-measure carton boxes, intended for medium and large companies seeking sustained productivity, in single-item production as well as in multiple batches. Its lengthwise cutting and creasing units, combined with the crosswise unit, allow great freedom of formats and box types. The operator calls up the wanted box from the interface, by reading a barcode or through the scanbox, which passes on in real time the dimensions of the product to be packed. Three ways of feeding the board are possible: single sheet, continuous module or automatic selector managing up to eight modules as an option, the machine then choosing the most economical format. Supplied as standard with seven cutting and creasing units, and up to twelve as an option to produce two boxes side by side, it exceeds four boxes per minute and makes each package to the real dimensions of the product, doing away with packing materials. Board thickness accepted from 2 to 7 mm.
