Description

The Gabbiani G 2 is a single-blade beam saw with complete standard equipment, sought after for its price-performance ratio in workshops working just in time. The HI-TRONIC device with vertical travel provides complete electronic control of the blades, combining cut finish, speed and accuracy. The prismatic ball guides allow feed and return speeds of up to 170 m/min, with centralised lubrication driven by the control that removes routine maintenance. The FlexCut 1/S and 1/D units rest on two independent pushers and allow simultaneous differentiated cuts: the 1/S version offers two independent cutting axes at a very contained cost, the 1/D two clamps, one of them retractable, to widen the choice of strip widths. The Saw-set device sets the tools electronically in a few seconds. The blade projection is 115 or 128 mm depending on the configuration.
