Description
The Gabbiani P is an automatic horizontal beam saw designed for craft businesses and SMEs seeking a smooth, efficient machining flow. It cuts wood panels and wood-based boards (chipboard, MDF, multi-ply, plywood, fibreboard). An intelligent LED bar system guides the operator through the working phases for intuitive, safe checking of production. The saw carriage can be uprated to 18 kW. The FlexCut unit performs rip and cross cuts at the same time, raising productivity by up to 30% and cutting the footprint by up to 20%. The Saw-set device sets the tools electronically, quickly and accurately, making the machine easier to run. The range comes in 60, 80 and 95 mm blade projection versions, with a 370 mm main blade and a 200 mm scorer.
