Description
The Gabbiani PT is an automatic horizontal beam saw for craft businesses and SMEs seeking a smooth, efficient machining flow. It cuts wood panels and wood-based boards (chipboard, MDF, multi-ply, plywood, fibreboard). An intelligent LED bar system, at the front and at the rear, guides the operator through machining and loading for intuitive, safe monitoring, and signals when the stack needs changing. The saw carriage can be uprated to 18 kW. The FlexCut unit performs rip and cross cuts at the same time, raising productivity by up to 30% and cutting the footprint by up to 20%. The Saw-set device sets the tools electronically in a matter of seconds. The platform takes stacks up to 600 mm high; blade projection is 80 or 95 mm depending on the version.
