SCM matrix UV LED dryer

Description

A UV LED curing system that meets the requirements of the most recent UV coating cycles. The LED technology developed by Superfici is installed on the line to cure UV lacquers with low heat emission and reduced energy consumption compared with traditional lamps. The matrix dryer is inserted into a finishing line after the application, to cure the film on flat panels and elements. The LED source offers instant start-up and a long service life, which limits downtime and maintenance. It is aimed at wood workshops and industrial users adopting UV LED coating to gain in responsiveness, energy frugality and curing quality.
