Description
The Morbidelli FX100 is a CNC machining centre developed for batch-one work, able to bore, rout and insert dowels on all five faces of the panel. Thanks to extensive configurability, it adapts to the needs of the furniture sector and covers a large working area. It handles panels from 250 to 3200 mm long across the full area, up to 60 mm thick and 60 kg, with a speed of up to 93 m/min on the X axis. Its boring heads with twenty-two vertical chucks use RO.AX rotoaxial chuck technology, which eliminates play and reaches 8000 rpm. Machining with the workpiece stationary protects delicate surfaces and avoids turning parts through 90°, which makes integration with downstream boring processes easier.
