Coating & finishing machines
Description
A six-axis anthropomorphic spraying robot, expandable to eleven axes, designed by transposing a craftsman's arm movements into an automated cell. This approach reproduces the manual spraying action to coat three-dimensional components consistently while freeing the operator from work inside the booth. The robot maestro fits into a 3D finishing line, combined with a conveying system and a suitable dryer, to handle doors, windows and assembled furniture. Programming the spray paths makes it possible to adapt the application to varied geometries and to lay down an even coat over relief. It suits wood workshops and manufacturers wanting to automate the coating of complex parts while keeping the quality of a hand-applied finish.
