SCM SAG STC rip beam saw 1
Stationary saws

Description

The SAG STC is a rip saw designed for high-output installations, producing strips continuously. Its automatically positioned saw units, up to eight of them, make it possible to obtain strips of different widths while limiting offcuts. It handles infeed panels from 235 to 2200 mm wide, 2400 to 5600 mm long and 8 to 40 mm thick, for a cutting width of 2200 mm. Fitted with a 300 mm blade and a 4.13 kW motor, it reaches an output of up to fourteen strips a minute in continuous work. Its design is aimed at automated panel ripping lines, where automatic blade positioning optimises material yield.
