Description

An automatic packaging machine that wraps the product in heat-shrink polyethylene film, then heated to make it shrink and hug the piece. Corner protectors and bubble wrap can be added at the most delicate points. This shrink-film packaging suits every type of product in the furniture industry from medium sizes and production volumes upwards: assembled or flat-pack furniture, shelves, doors. The machine is built to the customer’s requirements so as to cover batch-one manufacturing as well as batch production. The reference output reaches five pieces for a product 1,200 mm long. It handles products from 150 to 3,000 mm long, from 20 to 150 mm high and from 100 to 1,000 mm deep, these values remaining indicative and adaptable to the project.
