The TECHNO PF 1250 is a patented CNC machining centre, designed for the precise processing of timber structures, roofs, beams, and X-LAM/CLT panels up to a width of 1300 mm. Thanks to its cutting-edge technology and revolutionary design, it efficiently processes large parts while ensuring high precision and maximum flexibility in the production of timber structures for buildings and complex construction projects. The TECHNO PF 1250 stands out for its innovative work area, which integrates two independent and opposing work units (upper and lower), both equipped with 5-axis milling heads with continuous interpolation. Each unit features a 12 kW electrospindle running at 7000 rpm, enabling complex machining operations on large beams and panels. Parts are handled by an automatic CNC-controlled gripper system, ensuring millimetre precision in the movement and positioning of parts within the work cabin. The TECHNO PF 1250's control system is also state of the art. It is equipped with E Live software, which offers three-dimensional visualisation of parts and machining operations in real time. This software easily interfaces with the most advanced CAD CAM programs and offers simulation and anti-collision functions to ensure the safety and precision of operations. An automatic printer generates labels during the unloading process, enabling smooth management of machined parts.
