Description

The TECHNO SAW is a CNC (numerically controlled) machining centre designed for fast and flexible milling, drilling and cutting operations. It is particularly aimed at the manufacture of trusses, frame-house structural elements, and light and solid wood beams of small sections. With a maximum working section of 450 x 150 mm, this machining centre is ideal for meeting modern production requirements in the wood industry. Equipped with a patented 5-axis milling head with continuous interpolation, the TECHNO SAW allows machining of all six faces of the workpiece with exceptional precision. Its patented dual-output motor with an HSK63F tool holder ensures optimal performance during machining operations. The additional loading area allows workpieces up to 13,000 mm in length to be handled. This is made possible by a system of fixed supports and motorized chains, facilitating automatic loading of boards and beams onto the rollers of the machine table. The TECHNO SAW control system is designed to offer great operating flexibility. A rotary 8-position tool magazine with HSK 63F coupling is mounted at the front of the machine, ensuring easy access to tools while keeping them clean thanks to an automatic protection system. The machine is also fitted with a hinge-mounted NC control panel, allowing orientation in multiple positions, and a remote control for manual operations such as axis movement and starting, stopping or resetting programs. The integrated E-Live software offers three-dimensional visualization of workpieces and machining operations, thus facilitating interfacing with well-known CAD/CAM programs. In addition, a simulation and anti-collision system contributes to the safety and efficiency of machining operations.
