Description
The DSB Singlehead Pro XM is a single-module thin-kerf band saw, chosen when flexibility comes first in meeting changing requirements. It cuts timber in the most difficult conditions, whatever the species and the type of application, combining accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Its design makes later extension into a line straightforward: up to six machines can be linked to build up capacity step by step. The machine carries intelligent sensors, automatic measurement of block width, automatic bearing monitoring and a 12-inch touchscreen. It is optimised for wet cutting as well as for dry cutting. The range covers four sizes (Singlehead 350, 400, 530 and 660 Pro) offering a maximum cutting width from 350 to 660 mm, a block height of up to 165 mm, a kerf from 1.1 mm and a minimum block length of 350 mm with no maximum limit.
