The DSG 200 is a thin-kerf frame saw whose commercial longevity speaks for its qualities: designed and refined over the years, it holds a solid position on the market thanks to its performance and its wealth of features. Its 5,000 kg cast iron construction gives it great stability, while a quadruple locking system provides maximum resistance under extreme loads. The machine takes up to 9 blocks per pass and a cutting height of up to 400 mm, with the option of fitting up to 50 blades per saw frame for a high cutting output. The main drive delivers 22 kW and the precision feed is controlled by a servo drive, which guarantees consistency. The DSG 200 is aimed at demanding lamella production that looks for robustness and reliability over the long term.
