Description

VCarve Pro is CAD/CAM software that covers both 2D design and toolpath generation for machining on a SmartBench CNC machine. It can draw patterns directly or import 2D, 2.5D and 3D files from other software, then convert them into ready-to-use GCode. The package brings together a full suite of machining operations (profiling, pockets, drilling, V-carving, mouldings), shape nesting to optimise material use, double-sided machining and a library of design-aid gadgets. A SmartBench post-processor is built in. The licence is bought outright with a single payment, with no subscription, and includes product updates for twelve months, with paid updates thereafter. An upgrade to Aspire remains possible for the difference in price.
