Description

The TRC 1000 is the entry-level machine from Wintersteiger for the automatic repair of defects on individual boards. It comes in several models, from the single-loading machine through to fully automatic production cells, which lets it meet medium capacity needs while keeping very good value for money. The available working range ensures optimum flexibility as regards the dimensions of the workpieces processed. The machine handles a wide variety of substrates: parquet boards, solid wood parquet boards, solid wood panels, multi-layer panels, plywood panels, furniture panels, finish-planed products and window scantlings. It takes workpieces with a minimum length of 500 mm and no maximum limit, a width from 90 to 650 mm and a thickness from 3 to 20 mm, thus covering most of the everyday needs of the parquet and panel industry.
