Description

The TRC 3000 is the most powerful model in the Wintersteiger TRC family, intended for the automatic repair of individual boards. It is aimed at industrial and craft businesses covering a medium to high capacity range. Its modular structure and its various conveying solutions provide customised levels of automation to suit the needs of the workshop. The machine is fitted with a graduated guide at the front and on the sides, which makes it possible to measure and repair cracks at the front of the material precisely; defects on the direct edges can also be filled. It handles top layers, parquet boards and solid wood parquet boards. Workpieces from 800 to 2,500 mm in length, 100 to 270 mm in width and 5 to 25 mm in thickness can be processed, which places it in parquet production calling for both output and repair accuracy.
