Description

The TRC Board is a modular Wintersteiger platform for the fully automatic repair of individual boards. It is aimed at industrial and craft businesses with medium capacities and guarantees careful repair of surface defects. The defective areas are filled by injection units using a thermoplastic or organic filler; precise calculation of the amount of filler and its controlled injection avoid any waste. As an option, a graduated guide at the front makes it possible to measure and repair front cracks precisely, and defects on the direct edges can also be filled. The Random Length function, supplied as standard on the TRC Board, processes boards of different lengths one after another with no adjustment. The machine takes workpieces from 500 to 3,000 mm in length and from 100 to 350 mm in width; the permissible thickness runs from 3 to 30 mm in the thermoplastic version and from 9 to 30 mm in the organic version.
