Description

The TRC-M Easy is the entry-level model in the Wintersteiger TRC family, intended for manufactories and small businesses. This machine carries out semi-automatic repair of surface defects in wood, with recognised repair quality, good output and a contained price. It is available in a Duplex version, which makes it possible to repair a board with two colours: the operator chooses a lighter or a darker shade depending on the wood species. Defects are located manually, guided by an integrated laser cross that shows the injection points. Once those points have been defined, the operator presses a foot switch to trigger the cycle and choose the colour to apply; the control system automatically calculates and applies the injection and cooling times according to how long the switch is held. The machine handles top layers, boards and panels with a length of up to 620 mm and a thickness from 3 to 40 mm.
