Description

The Olimpic 500 is a complete, versatile edge banding machine intended for small and medium-sized companies. It allows different machining operations to be run one after another in a small footprint, while maintaining high quality standards. Available in a pneumatic or electronic setting version, it produces two radii, each with a dedicated tool, thanks to the Multiedge devices fitted on all the working units, including the corner rounding unit. The SGP-E glue pot allows a simple, fast change between EVA glue and polyurethane glue for an even joint line. The machine handles panels from 8 to 60 mm thick and a minimum width of 60 mm, with edges from 0.3 to 6 mm and a feed speed of 12 m/min. Automatic edge feeding, performed outside the cabin, reduces preparation times safely. Control is via a touchscreen and the Maestro Active Edge software.
