Description

The Gabbiani CFX is the solution SCM intends for large industry for sawing postformed bars, singly or in stacks. Its modular design lets it fit into varied production contexts: manual loading, an autonomous working cell or integration within a complete line. A wide choice of options answers different needs of output and flexibility, with a continuous workflow and careful ergonomics. The prismatic guides fitted to the machine ensure high cutting precision, great reliability and better resistance to loads; centralised lubrication driven by the control does away with most of the maintenance. The blade carriage reaches 170 m/min and the pusher 135 m/min, for high productivity with blade projections of 110 to 130 mm.
